Emily Munson (Director/Choreography) - (she/her) Emily is delighted you could join us for The Wild Party! This show has been a thrilling - and daunting - challenge and she is deeply grateful for the unwavering support of her entire production team and the extraordinary talent of this cast. A special thanks to Snickerdoodle for her understanding, and to Andrew, Evan and Maxwell for being the very best collaborators and Emily-wranglers there ever was.

Evan Swanson (Music Director)  - (he/him) This is a joyous event for Evan as he rejoins RMS for his second full length production with them! Past appearances with RMS include, Full Production: Into the Woods (Evan’s first production in NYC), Pop up/Outdoor Shows: Addams Family Dinner Party, Summer of Love, 1 Union Square Cabaret, Open Boulevards, and Sweeney Todd and Friends. Andrew Childers (Associate Director) - (he/him) has been with the Rooftop Musical Society since its inception in 2018. He has served as the Managing Director of RMS since 2020, helping to run the organization, produce shows, and do the less-sexy but very important work of keeping RMS going. Still, he enjoys his time on stage and some of his favorite past roles include Cabaret (the Emcee) and Into the Woods (Cinderella's Price) He was most recently in RMS's production of Hair (Margaret Meade) . He is thrilled to be on the other side of the table for this production and has enjoyed working with this phenomenally talented and gracious cast as well as the amazing production team who helped bring this world to life. He is a Sagittarius with a Capricorn Rising and Cancer Moon and would like to thank everyone who puts up with his shit- especially you Justin. <3 In what little free time he has, Andrew enjoys cooking meals in one of his three Staub dutch ovens, watching the Barbara Cook Kennedy Center Honors Performance, and singing The Prayer at karaoke. Christine Baranski if you are reading this he is a huge fan!!!

Maxwel Martinez (Stage Manager/Lighting Engineer) - (he/they) is proud and grateful to be joining the Rooftop Musical Society team once again with this production of The Wild Party. Past RMS credits include: Island Song, HAIR, and Spring Awakening. A humble Thank You to the entire cast and crew, and to the EMEO group, for always showing up with such joyful, respectful, and enthusiastic energy to every rehearsal. Natalie Ault (Marketing Consultant) - (she/her) is excited to be joining RMS as the marketing consultant on this production. After having seen multiple RMS productions, Natalie is excited to bring her marketing and advertising expertise to RMS. Most days, Natalie can be found marketing Broadway shows, singing, and surrounding herself with as much theatre as possible. She is very grateful to be part of this team and hopes you enjoy the show!

Katie Curtis-Lynch (Director of External Relations) - (she/her) is a Director of Fraud and Special Investigations at American Express by day and a founding member of Rooftop Musical Society by night. Katie received her B.A. from UNC -- Chapel Hill in Music (Vocal Performance) and Psychology and her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law -- Newark. With Rooftop, she has performed in Into the Woods (the Baker's Wife), Island Song (Caroline), and Spring Awakening (Martha). Katie is ever grateful for her theatre family, who continues to save a space at the table for her even when she's off having babies (Mom loves you, Gus and Poppy!

Alexandra McCall (Sound Board Operator) -  is excited to be joining the Rooftop Musical Society for the first time for Wild Party! Alexandra studied theatre at the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Some favorite past shows include The Drowning GIrls, Lysistrata, and Twelfth Night.  

Jessie Rogowski (RMS Founder/ Artistic Director) - (she/her) is the founder and Artistic Director of Rooftop Musical Society, and so excited to finally bring The Wild Party to life! Recent stage credits include: Island Song (Morgan), Hair (Crissy), Into the Woods (Cinderella), Spring Awakening (Isle), and Footloose (Ariel) and touring the US with indie chamber pop band All Boy/All Girl. When she’s not on stage or producing musicals, she is a freelance television editor for the likes of Food Network, Peacock, AMC, Netflix, Amazon, and the Tony Awards. She’s amazed by how far RMS has come since her rooftop in 2018, and like to thank her exec board (Emily, Andrew, Jordan, JJ, and Katie) for their continuous support and dedication to the group - Evan for always bringing the best energy, Max, Steph, Jackie, and Natalie for ALL of their BTS help, and of course her hubby Adrian for being her rock!!! Jackie Wladis (Costuming Consultant) - (she/her/hers) is delighted to be helping out with her third Rooftop Musical Society production! She was last seen in Classics on the Rocks’ production of As You Like It (Phoebe) and previously with Rooftop in Into The Woods (Cinderella’s Stepmother). Jacqueline spends her days working on marketing campaigns so getting to flex her passion for fashion and art history in costuming this production has been a true delight! She would like to thank the wild cast of partiers for listening to costume instructions so well, the incredible creative team for their support and especially thank her emotional support humans for this show - Emily & Stephanie - without whom she would have crumbled.

Band:

Max Bessesen (Reed 1) - is a multi-woodwind instrumentalist and composer living in Brooklyn. His “saxophone virtuosity” (Downbeat) has helped him perform in jazz groups led by Darcy James Argue, Mimi Jones, and Tyler Mitchell. His theatre credits include productions of Chicago, The Little Mermaid, and Too Hot to Handel among many others. He is the recipient of an ASCAP Young Jazz Composer Award, a Luminarts Fellowship, a Pathways to Jazz Grant, a Beebe Fund Fellowship and four Downbeat student music awards. He is excited for his first performance with Rooftop Musical Society.

Jared Decker (Drums) -  is a drummer, composer, arranger, and educator living in Jersey City, NJ, performing regularly in and around New York City. Jared has performed and recorded with jazz artists like Victor Goines and Warren Wolf, accompanied rock artists like Calista Garcia and Joy & The Wildfire, and produced several recording projects, most recently as co-producer for his twin brother Sean Decker's new record More Soon and for the Constellation Big Band. He also works regularly as a pit orchestra musician for musical theatre, including recent performances for the Old Globe's production of Hair, and the New Off-Broadway Cast Recording of Baby.

Marty Isenberg (Bass) -has been an in-demand bassist in the New York City jazz scene for almost 20 years. He’s played Birdland, the Blue Note and the Public Theater as well as several Broadway musicals. He has toured nationally and internationally at venues like Dazzle (Denver), Century Room (Tucson), Skirball Center (Los Angeles) and the El Salvador Jazz Festival. He is the founder and CEO of the Clinton Hill Music School, a twelve-year-old neighborhood music program in Brooklyn. His debut album garnered much critical acclaim and resonated with a wide audience, making the NACC jazz charts and racking up over 80,000 streams on Spotify. Bobby Lane (Trumpet) - Bobby is thrilled to join RMS on trumpet and flugelhorn for the very first time! Outside of the theater, Bobby performs as a freelance trumpeter across a variety of styles, from brass quintets to alternative bands to Afrobeat ensembles. He has performed at NYC mainstays such as the Brooklyn Bowl, the Gramercy Theater, and Dizzy’s Club at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Anthony M. Rodriguez (Reed 2) -  Anthony is Excited to make his RMS debut!. Recent credits include subbing Broadway shows such as The Book of Mormon and Back to the Future. Previous Touring credits include: The Book of Mormon, Hairspray, The Spongebob Musical and an international run of Phantom of the Opera. Andrew Lippa (Book/Music/Lyrics) - Andrew Lippa is a composer, lyricist, singer, actor, conductor, and producer. His concert work Unbreakable had its world premiere with The San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus in June 2018 with 300 artists onstage, including himself. In May of 2018, he conducted the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in a new production of his and Brian Crawley's A Little Princess in concert at the Royal Festival Hall to a sold-out crowd of nearly 3,000 people. His hit song "Evil Like Me" appears in Disney's Descendants . Written for Kristin Chenoweth, the soundtrack hit #1 on the "Billboard 200" album chart, #1 on the iTunes and Billboard soundtrack charts and "Evil Like Me" was certified gold in 2017. He has conducted celebrated pianist Lang Lang and the Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra in the world premiere of a commissioned symphonic work for piano, soprano, tenor, children's chorus, and orchestra. I Am Harvey Milk , his epic oratorio for men's chorus, orchestra and soloists, has seen over 50 productions including Disney Hall and Lincoln Center. Lippa's musical, The Man in the Ceiling , based on Jules Feiffer's book (and co-written with Feiffer) released a world premiere studio album in May of 2019. His obsession with Netflix's Tiger King yielded two songs/videos in April, 2020 and, for a while, got his mind off the pandemic.

Current projects include songs for the original film musical A Totally Awesome 80's Christmas Musical with a screenplay by David I. Stern, produced by Alex Lebovici for Hammerstone Studios; book/music/lyrics for a stage adaptation of The Turning Point produced by Kevin McCollum; book/music/lyrics for Leap, a musical based on Lippa's I am Harvey Milk and I Am Anne Hutchinson ; and collaborations with writer Adam Gopnik, writer/producer Jonathan Prince, and others.

Broadway credits include: music and lyrics for Big Fish (directed/choreographed by Susan Stroman); the Tony®-nominated music and lyrics for the Broadway musical The Addams Family directed by Jerry Zaks, as well as the music for Aaron Sorkin's Broadway play The Farnsworth Invention directed by Des McAnuff. Other musicals include the Drama Desk award-winning musical The Wild Party (book/music/lyrics); John & Jen (music/book, lyrics and book by Tom Greenwald); Asphalt Beach (music and lyrics); Life of the Party (a compendium of Lippa's works/Menier Chocolate Factory); and You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown (additional music/lyrics and arrangements).

His songs have been sung by Renée Fleming, Vanessa Williams, Kristin Chenoweth, Idina Menzel, Nathan Lane, Brooke Shields, and Mel B, to name a few.

Awards include Tony® and Grammy® nominations; shared Emmy for Nickelodeon's The Wonder Pets; SFGMC Vanguard Award; The Drama Desk Award; The Outer Critics Circle Award. Lippa was named a Fellow of The Leeds Conservatoire in 2019. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Lippa serves as president of the board of The Dramatists Guild Foundation www.dgf.org
